Environmental/conservation planning firm with which to contract for the following services: The purpose of the proposed project is to evaluate the current conditions of the project area, identify project goals and any work needed to meet those goals including improving water quality and ecological integrity; and to prepare a management plan to meet and maintain the project goals and the overall quality of the corridor. The project will also identify and provide pre-design work to increase potential educational and recreational opportunities, and will designate an appropriate name for this area which will enhance visibility and public awareness of its value and associated conservation efforts.
