| Description | The project the removal and replacement of the existing standing seam metal roofing panels at the KCTCS - Madisonville Community College Aviation Building located in Powderly, Kentucky. The work consists of the removal of approximately 9,300 sf of existing metal roofing panels supported on cold-rolled framing to the existing prefabricated light-gauge metal truss framing system. Replacement work for base bid pricing is installation of plywood sheathing, underlayment, laminated asphalt shingle roofing and gutter replacement. An alternate will be accepted for removal and replacement of fascia trim, downspouts, soffit panels and metal trim. Work will be performed over occupied and finished building interior. |
