Architectural and Engineering Services for the Deleon Springs Utility Extensions

The County of Volusia (County) is seeking the services of a professional engineering consultant (Consultant) for planning, design, permitting, and construction administration services for installation of a potable water main, wastewater force main and lift station. The purpose of the project is to provide potable water and wastewater service along the US Highway 17 corridor from DeLeon Springs to a point of connection to the City of Deland's water and wastewater systems at County Road 15A where there is an existing force main and water main located at the intersection of CR 15A and US Highway 17, as depicted in Exhibit A, attached. The County intends to construct the project via the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) procurement process. Therefore, the selected Consultant will be required to work cooperatively with the CM/GC contractor (Contractor) throughout design and construction.
