HVAC Equipment Replacement

Replacement of five (5) HVAC units. • Disconnect and remove existing HVAC systems including refrigerant recovery. • Provide and install high efficiency furnaces and cased coils. o Efficiency must be a Minimum of 90% • Provide and install all venting (including concentric kits and roof or wall flashings), drains and gas piping for each new furnace. • Install new condensers on new composite pads and re-route refrigerant lines overhead. o SEER must be a Minimum of 13 • Provide and install necessary duct transitions and new non-programmable thermostats. • Each unit must be supplied with a Filter and Filter Rack • Inspect all existing duct under the Main Building concrete slab and provide photos for owner job files. • Provide start-up and commissioning information on all equipment
