Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC) Quarters Construction

Provide four additional townhouses of four units each for a total of sixteen (16) units for living quarters for clinical staff in accordance with the SOW and other attachments of this solicitation. The purpose of this project is for the completion of additional residential quarter units for the staff members for the Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC). The proposed project will construct four new staff quarters buildings, each with four one-bedroom units, for a total of sixteen (16) new residences. The work consists of utility infrastructure, pavement, a lift station, the units, and the furnishing of each unit.
