The existing site is rough grade 1' (1 foot), is contract contractor consists of final site grading supply and installing all materials for the purpose of grading the site, note contractor will needed to determine the existing grades as fill has been placed after site plan design, preparing sub grade as required in specification, installation of all required erosion sediment control devices, installation of all storm water devises, installation of all vent piping, installation of all paving concrete and asphalt, installation of top soil and seeding, and supplying, installing and completion of installation of appurtenances for Said project.
