Description

Professional design and construction phase services for the production of permit and construction ready documents to be used in the construction of a new Fire Rescue building plan in Highlands County. It is anticipated that firms may sub consult with other firms to ensure that the design team provides the appropriate level of expertise in the required disciplines. The purpose of the RFP process is to identify the most qualified respondents to support the County in this project. Proposers must have a minimum prior experience designing at least three (3) fire stations that have been constructed and in successful operation for at least one (1) year.
