Description Phase I is the trial stage involving approximately 350 meters. Upon successful completion of Phase I, SELCO will proceed to Phase II, which consists of full deployment of the AMI system. Proposals shall include all equipment, including electric meters and modules, controllers, collectors, gateways, repeaters, base stations, hardware, and software, and professional services for both phases, as more fully described in the procurement documents. All installation and construction work either will be performed by SELCO or procured separately pursuant to applicable statutory procedures at a later date.
