| Description | Qualified General Contractors (GCs) are invited to bid on the construction of a permanent storm water quality “Best Management Practice” (BMP) system to treat site runoff before it reaches Little Walton Creek on the west side of the site. CDOT’s Rabbit Ears Pass Maintenance facility is located at Mile Marker 152, State Highway 40, north side of the highway near the top of Rabbit Ears Pass, CO. The storm water improvements will be to remove an old culvert and replace with 18-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), construct curb and gutters, asphalt and riprap, install concrete barriers and install a 1340 cubic foot sand filtration basin. |
