Care and respect must be maintained especially since the work will directly impact the adjacent communities. Loud noise work cannot occur prior to 8:00 a.m. and must conclude by 8:00 p.m. No workers shall park in the adjacent neighborhoods (anyone caught will be asked to leave the project and will not be permitted to return). Due to limited parking on campus, worker parking will likely be in Lot Y or remotely at Lake Clifton and may change during the project. The property on the immediate north of the north wall (community side), the site parking and green space are Morgan property and to the sidewalks on the west side of the site. Work Includes But is Not Limited To: 1. Demolition 2. Excavation and Fill 3. Paving 4. Walks (concrete, asphalt, pavers) 5. Structural Modular Walls 6. Security Fencing (around the perimeter of the site) 7. Landscaping 8. Utility Work 9. Conduit for New Electrical Vehicle Charging Stations 10. Electrical / Lighting 11. Camera 12. Storm Water Management 13. Traffic Management 14. Striping and Signage 15. Phasing of Work 16. Liquidated Damages Liquidated Damages may apply to this Project in the amount of $150.00/calendar day should the Contractor not meet the stated milestone dates. Prevailing Wage Rates shall be required for this project. The University has established an overall project goal of Thirty percent (15%) MBE Participation. This means that at the completion of the overall project, the goal of 15% has been achieved or exceeded.
