Renovation of a retail development in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development. Project consists of: Repair walls and ceilings throughout the facility that were damaged during the 2018 earthquake. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: Between: $50,001 - $500,000 Questions Due: 5:00 P.M. Local Time, May 6, 2022 Bidders shall accompany each Bid with a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid If the amount of the contract is $100,000 or more, the successful Bidder shall furnish the Purchasing Officer a Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract and shall maintain the Bond in force during the continuance of this Contract including the one- (1-) year warranty period. The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening of bids or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days from the time of the opening. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
