Those wishing to attend MUST submit this information NO LATER than 8:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 8, 2023. All participants MUST check in at WCC main entrance for COVID testing prior to pre-bid walk through. For specific directions for an on-site pre-bid walk-through, please contact James Chavez at (360) 432-1508. DOC has specific COVID-19 vaccination requirements for On-Site Contractors. These requirements are included after the bid form in the Contract Manual. Prospective Bidders must understand the requirements they will be subject to prior to bidding. FPS will be accepting mailed-in or hand-delivered bids. Clearly identify that it is a SEALED BID on the outside of the envelope. Include an attention line in the address to ensure that the bid is routed correctly. Supplemental Bidder Responsibility will be evaluated for this project. In determining Bidder responsibility, the Owner shall consider an overall accounting of the criteria set forth in "DIVISION 00 SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY CRITERIA". The State reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
