Riverwalk Sidewalk Repair Services

Sidewalk repair services to approximately two hundred sixty-five feet (265’) of the Riverwalk located off the Laconia City Hall Parking lot. Contractor shall provide services for demolition, removal/disposal of existing asphalt, removal/disposal of existing roots, site preparation including placement of gravel subbase and installation of a bio-barrier, compaction, and installation of asphalt sidewalks. Grassed areas disturbed by the work to be restored with loam and hydroseed. Bio-barrier should be non-hazardous and prevent all roots from penetrating to the sidewalk. The barrier should be buried to the depth recommended by the manufacturer. The dimensions are roughly 265 feet in length by 5 feet in width. No curbing is required for this job as we are only replacing what is currently in the location. Work to be scheduled for spring installation, if possible.
