Description

1. Provide new pump, associated piping, and appurtenances as indicated on the drawings and specifications. 2. Provide a new dehumidifier/rooftop unit, associated water and gas piping, controls and appurtenances as indicated on the drawings and specified herein. 3. Provide the dehumidifier/rooftop unit manufacturer’s controller and programming, including cold surface temperature sensor. 4. Adjusting and balancing of HVAC and pumping systems as indicated on the drawings. 5. Tie-ins to existing piping and ductwork as indicated on the drawing. 6. Coordination with the Engineer during new Dehumidifier/rooftop unit rigging operations. Notify the engineer of a proposed rigging date (2) two weeks prior to rigging. 7. Electrical work supporting the new Work including new disconnect switches, circuit breakers and connections to new equipment and controls including wire, conduit, disconnect switches, etc. as indicated. 8. All cutting and patching of all penetrations in walls, ceilings, floors and roofs as required. 9. Repairs shall be made with similar materials to match existing construction and painted to match adjacent surfaces. 10. Provide adequate protection of persons (i.e. barricades, warning signs, etc.) and properties during the construction period. Work shall include dust protection of interior spaces and finishes from damage during demolition and construction. All interior spaces shall be maintained clean and dry at all times.
