Provide all labor, tools, material and equipment related for roof replacement services at Craig Park Recreation Center, 100 Beekman Lane, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689: Remove existing shingle and haul off debris from premises Re-nail existing wood decking to current FL bldg. code Dry in one layer of 55mil thick peel and stick underlayment felt Install dimensional fiberglass, fungus resistant, class A self-sealing shingles color to match existing Install shingle with 6 -1”1/4 corrosion resistant roofing nails to manufacturers specifications Install Brown 6” 26 gauge galvanize eave drip around roof perimeter Install 16” wide 26 gauge galvanize metal in all valley areas Install new lead plumbing flashings and galvanize gooseneck vents as required All flashing will be removed by roofing contractor Install new 4x6 galvalume 24 gauge. flashing All flashing and drip edges will be sealed with plastic roof cement Install new ventilation at all peak areas shingles over ridge vent style 30 year warranty shingle or better Workmanship guaranteed for a period of five (5) years
