| Description | Cumberland County Schools (CCS) is interested in receiving proposals for Athletic Field Maintenance for high school athletic fields not maintained through other agencies. This service shall include soil testing, fertilization, pest control, and weed control. CONTACT FOR QUESTIONS: Written questions concerning the RFP specifications will be received until Thursday, November 10, 2022 by 3:00 p.m. These must be submitted via e-mail to Mr. Michael Royal @ michaelroyal@ccs.k12.nc.us and responses will be posted to the CCS Bid Links for viewing by all participants. For all questions, please reference the RFP title in the subject matter of your e-mail. Every attempt will be made to respond to questions within 3 business days. A summary of all questions and answers will be posted to the CCS bid links page no later than Monday, November 14, 2022 by 5:00 p.m.. TIME FOR CONSIDERATION: Vendor's offer must be valid for at least 60 days from the date of proposal opening. |
