Kitchen Renovations at Various Fire Stations- JSEB Participation

Renovate the kitchens of seven (7) fire stations. The specifications will differ between stations. The fire stations are 2, 7, 10, 18, 30, 37, and 44 which are staffed by firefighters who work 24 hour shifts. Location: Fire Station #2 1355 N. McDuff Ave. Jacksonville, FL 32205 Fire Station #18 3504 Myrtle Ave. Jacksonville, FL 32209 Fire Station #30 9735 1st Federal Dr. Jacksonville, FL 32225 Fire Station #37 10151 Busch Dr. N. Jacksonville, FL 32218 Fire Station #44 8275 Western Way Jacksonville, FL 32256 The work included in this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to complete the detailed specifications. The Contractor will provide removal and disposal of all existing materials. Permitting, shop drawings, electrical and plumbing work, drains, and water supplies to be provided by Contractor per each location. The existing appliances will be reused within their current layouts. The pre-bid meeting is mandatory and is at a Fire Station that has already been renovated, to demonstrate expectations.
