Exterior Restoration of Building 209

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Beltsville Agricultural Research Center in Beltsville, MD has a requirement to restore the exterior bldg. 209 by replacing the roofing system optional windows replacement & repointing of the face brick and paint the facebrick. Deadline for submission of RFIs for this solicitation is close of business July 18, 2022 Solicitation 12305B22R0015 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document, with the incorporated clauses and provisions, is issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 13 and 36 and will be incorporated in the awarded firm-fixed price order.
