Monument Avenue Sidewalk Project

The Demolition of existing sidewalk and the installation of new sidewalks along Monument Avenue and other areas within the City Limits. 1. Demolition of the existing sidewalk from 9th Street to 13th Street on both the East and West sides as marked along with the installation of new which some areas will require root removal/grinding prior to repouring. There is 1,364 LF or 6,820 sq ft. of sidewalk to remove and repour. 2. Demolition of existing sidewalk at Dooder Park (16th Street) and installation of new 200 LF or 1,000 Sq ft. along with the installation of 12 - 4’x8’x4” Disc Golf Pads throughout Dooder Park and Buck Griffin Lake as marked. Each pad shall be flush with the existing grade. Installation of a 30’ x 20’ x 4” concrete pad as marked at Dooder Park. 3. Installation of 6 – 4’ x 8’ x 4” Disc Golf Pads throughout the Washington Gym Complex as marked. Installation of a 30’ x 20’ x 4” concrete pad as marked at the Washington Gym Complex.
