The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following: Ohio Valley Construction Employers Council, 21 Armory Drive, Wheeling, WV 26003 Dodge Reports, 6200 Rockside Woods Blvd #310, Cleveland, OH 44131-2343 Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the Requirements as to conditions of Employment to be observed, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities therein. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
