Small Business Size Standard: $16.5 Million This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Upgrade Lobby Restrooms - 610A4-21-105 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to remodel the Lobby Restrooms located at the Northern Indiana Heath Care System, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. A need was identified to update existing restrooms and create two new restrooms that were designed to meet the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS). This project will build new restrooms and remodel existing restrooms on the first floor of building #1.
