Fair Oaks Basin

The project involves constructing a large stormwater infiltration basin to help mitigate local flooding, as well as relocating an existing playground, rerouting an existing sanitary sewer line, and constructing new parking facilities to accommodate 16 additional passenger vehicles at Fair Oaks Park in Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County, PA. There will be tree removal and disposal of certain identified trees so the proposed improvements can be installed. The Contractor is responsible for all erosion control, demolition, grading, soil compaction, trash/material removal, and local permitting. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor and work, unless otherwise provided and shall be responsible for the complete supervision, performance and completion of all work in accordance with the drawings, specifications, special provisions and contract.
