The award of a contract will be considered by the City of Grants at its next council meeting following the opening of bids, or at a later meeting, as the interest of the City of Grants requires. The project is located in the City of Grants and work includes erection of a 240 x 360 steel building, drilling of pier foundations, placement of 1,420 cu yards of concrete, electrical improvements, demolition of existing and installation of new utilities, construction of new parking lot and associated earthwork.
