S--Snow Removal Service Contract

Snow and Ice Removal Service Total area equals 268,777 square feet, (6 acres) Priority 1: Includes driveways and pathways for the following areas. Main entrance at Fulton Street – including the Emergency room entrance and exit pathways. Priority one area is 27,629 square feet, see Attachment 1 for exact location and areas. Priority 2: Includes driveways and pathways for the following areas. Entry way off Erwin road to main garages (Buildings 26 & 33). Areas within Building 26, Parking Garage A, is leased to Federal Parking and they are responsible for clearing this area. Services shall be provided for the top-level Building 33 including snow removal and application of sand only. Priority 2 area total square footage is 22,100 square feet. See Attachment 1 for exact location and areas. Priority 3: Includes driveways and pathways for the following areas. Continuation of Priority #2 at the Garage entrance to the Bulk Oxygen Storage and the rear Loading Docks. Priority 3 area is 37,174 square feet. See Attachment 1 for exact location and areas. All other driveways and pathways not list in Priorities 1 thru 3 shall receive services upon successful removal and treatment of Priorities 1 thru 3.
