Campus Services Building, Phase IIA-RMS Remodel

Project contains interior work on the second floor to include removing modular, demountable partitions, replacing the ceiling tiles in the existing grid system, and installing new floor finishes. In addition, the project will include the removal of doors, light fixtures and building systems fittings. New partitions will be added to create new offices, electrical and HVAC building systems will be updated to accommodate the new offices along with new data runs to the existing IDF on the second floor. New storefront systems and other door frames with doors will be installed and an exterior door will be replaced and infilled with a new window and wall finish to match existing.
