Northview Early Learning Center Tenant Improvement and Site Work

This project generally consists of a full tenant improvement of interior spaces and related site work. The General Contractor will be required to provide general contractor services including, but not limited to: full gut of interior spaces, new non-bearing walls, finishes, and MEP related items as well as demolition of hardscape around existing building, underground site utilities including connections to existing and new public utilities, and walkways (all ADA compliant) • Earthwork • Asphalt Concrete • Site Concrete • Storm Drains • Domestic Water • Sanitary Sewer • Landscaping • Condensate Drain • Electrical Service • Power Distribution • Site Lighting • Telephone/Data/Security • Fire Alarm • Other Section 2 - Additive Alternate #1 The Additive Alternate #1 will consist of replacing wall FRP at student restrooms (total of 3 between classrooms) with ceramic tile.
