Price Should Be Quoted Per Gallon and Must Include Stone Application, Sweeping, Rolling and Loading at Perry Township Garage. Stone Provided by Perry Township. Bituminous / Fuel Price Adjustments Shall Be Excluded From This Project and Will Not Be Considered. Bidder Must Be Able to Provide One Pass Application Up to 20 Feet and Price to Be Guaranteed for the 2023 Application Season. Project Will Be Completed by September 15, 2023. Bidder Must Have Liability Insurance With Perry Township Listed as Additional Insured Included With Bid. Perry Township Has the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and Accept the Bid That is in the Best Interest of Perry Township. |
