East Main Street Improvement Project

The Work consists of two schedules: o Schedule 1 - East Main Street Improvements: o Install 2" level 2 asphalt pavement inlay for approximately 1,290 square yards of public street; 2,820 square feet of concrete sidewalk replacement; 6 new concrete driveway aprons totaling approximately 1,580 square feet; 460 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter; and install 1 new ADA curb ramp on East Main Street. o Install 2" level 2 asphalt pavement and base for approximately 320 square yards of public street on East Main Street. o Adjust utility structure rims to finish grade of new street. o Install 1,950 linear feet of 3" diameter PVC conduit for future utilities under new sidewalks. o Schedule 2 - North First Street Water Main: o Install 310 linear feet of 8" diameter ductile iron water main and fittings. o Install hot tap connection to existing water main. o Install three new water service connections. o Patch pavement following installation of water main and services.
