Irrigation System Maintenance 2021-2023

The work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to furnishing equipment and labor for start up, winterizing, and maintenance of the Rain Bird landscape irrigation system at 101 Commerce Drive, which consists of twenty-eight irrigation zones. The Contractor shall test the moisture content in each of the irrigation zones to ensure proper moisture for the plantings/grasses in each zone. The controller shall be adjusted to regulate the moisture levels of the landscape, as needed, based on the zone’s soil sample test results. In addition to checking the moisture content throughout the property, the Contractor will check and fine tune the overall operation of the system for efficiency.
