ADD ALTERNATE NO. 4 - SHADYWOOD Approximately 1,900 SY of 3.5" (+/-) Roadway Milling and Profiling, 60 S.Y. of Soft Spot Repair, 250 Tons of Superpave 19 mm Binder Course, 1,900 S.Y. of 1.5" Superpave 9.5mm Fine Graded Wearing Course, 1,200 LF of Bituminous Wedge Curb, 1 Storm Inlet Repairs, 4 EA Manhole/Inlet Adjustments, Traffic Control, Resident Notification and Restoration. All bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified as a prime contractor and must be assigned and eligible to bid the work classification codes of E, F, and F1. All bids submitted must have the contractors valid pre-qualification certification attached to the outside of the bid or it will be rejected. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are required to be paid on these projects. Engineers Estimate: Base Bid is approximately $1,300,000 Add Alternates is approximately $420,000
