| Description | General Campus Asphalt Paving & Maintenance Services. Contractors must be physically located within a 75-mile radius of campus to provide quick on-site services if called upon. Work included under this Contract will be on the campus of Clarion University of PA, Clarion, Clarion County, PA. The contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and perform all work necessary to complete each project in accordance with all state, county and local laws and regulations and to the approval of Clarion and the State System of Higher Education. |
