| Description | Complete weatherization job including weatherization measures and electrical. Double wide mobile home built in 1981 in good condition 1248 sq ft. Roof is asphalt shingle, heating is electric forced air furnace. Installation of weatherization measures outlined in attached scope. Work includes electrical measures. All work is subject to local codes and jurisdictional rules. Contractor will perform all work outlined in scope. Subcontractors are allowed The contractor is responsible for obtaining any and all necessary permits. The contractor is responsible for filing intent/affidavits. Pursuant to weatherization program rules; no sales tax will be charged on materials installed. Installation must meet the Department of Commerce requirements for weatherization. The Contractor shall provide material warranty and specifications to the County and homeowner. |
