Fox Crossing Cold Spring Road Reconstruction

The work shall consist of the reconstruction (urbanization) of Cold Spring Road (Jacobsen Road to Zephyr Drive) including a 10-foot asphalt recreation trail in the Village of Fox Crossing, Wisconsin. The work will include installation of 1,260 linear feet of storm sewer (12-inch to 24-inch diameter), 5,000 cubic yards roadway excavation, 4,900 tons of base aggregate, 2,000 linear feet concrete curb and gutter, 1,475 tons of new HMA pavement and 3,200 square yards of lawn restoration. Additional work to include pavement marking, traffic signal improvements and traffic control. Bids shall be sealed and shall have the name and address of the Bidder and the Contract for which the Bid is being submitted on the outside of the envelope. All Bidders shall Bid in accordance with and upon the Bid Forms included in the Contract Documents.
