Description

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms with experience working with school districts to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of Architectural/Engineering On-Call Services for the Clovis Municipal School District. The scope of the procurement consists of providing Architectural/Engineering On-Call Services for the Clovis Municipal School Distric. The duration of the contract resulting from this RFP shall be for one (1) year from the date of award. Clovis Municipal Schools reserves the right, by mutual agreement of the parties, to extend the contract on an annual basis at the same price, terms and conditions for up to an additional three (3) years. Under no circumstances shall the term of this contract, included all extensions and renewals, exceed four (4) years Any inquiries or requests regarding this procurement should be submitted, in writing, to the Chief Procurement Officer. Offerors may contact ONLY the Chief Procurement Officer regarding this solicitation. Other District employees or Evaluation Committee members do not have the authority to respond on behalf of the District. Any contact with a District department or employee may automatically results in rejection of any proposal. Any other communication will be considered unofficial and non-binding. Any response made by the District will be provided in writing to all Offerors by addendum, no verbal responses shall be authoritative. Protests of the solicitation or award must be submitted in writing to the Chief Procurement Officer identified in Section II.B.12. Pursuant to 13-1-172, NMSA 1978 and 1.4.182 NMAC, ONLY protests delivered directly to the Chief Procurement Officer in writing and in a timely fashion will be considered to have been submitted properly and in accordance with statue, rule and this Request for Proposal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
