Description

Provision and installation of new oil filter, purge filter, refrigerant filter • Full inspection of controls, safeties, starter, and purge systems, per manufacturer’s guidelines including at least the following. Each of the items listed should be included in a detailed Service Report. The Service Report will also notate any abnormal conditions or measurements: o Review diagnostics o Check for oil leaks o Check oil temperature o Take an oil analysis per circuit o Lock out tag out units with potentially high or medium voltage o Vane linkage and lubricate valves o Carry out compressor starter inspection o Carry out control panel electrical inspection o Carry out low temperatures’ sensor calibration o Drain rupture disc vent line if a drain is located on the line o Remove lock out tag out and restore power for units with medium or high voltage starters o Carry out a pre-start chiller check o To restart chiller • Removal and disposal of all trash, debris, and oil from job sites when job is completed for the day • Off-site disposal of used parts, debris, and/or trash • Reporting of any observed equipment deficiencies to the main contact the same day they are observed • Drafting and provision of an oil analysis report as well as a detailed Service Report per chiller. The Contractor shall use a third-party certified laboratory to perform oil analyses. Oil analysis will include, at a minimum, moisture, acid, tin, zinc and wear metal data.
