Description

The project is generally described as a lab alteration project covering 398 total square feet, located on the first floor of the VCU Health Sciences Research Building. The project scope includes construction and outfit of one wet lab. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and VCU Alertus System modification is part of this project scope. Lab casework will be owner-furnished, and general contractor installed and coordinated. Plumbing fixtures will be owner-furnished and general contractor installed.
