Description

Work in the project follows: 1. The existing cooling tower will be removed and replaced. 2. A cooling tower with VSD fans will be installed at the same location. 3. One existing Condenser Pump and Building Pump will be replaced with new pumps with VSD. 4. New piping and HX will be installed in mechanical room. 5. DDC controls will be installed to accomplish temperature control for the water source heat pump loop. 6. Electrical will reuse existing power with some modifications.
