| Description | Hourly labor rate to perform cleaning services at the Yellow Jacket Apartments on the Spearfish campus of Black Hills State University as defined in the Scope of Work below. A valid copy of the contractor’s license and liability insurance certificate is required. Deep cleaning of BHSU Yellow Jacket Apartments (specified apartments only). The term “clean” shall mean free from soil, spots, marks, stains, smudges and includes disinfection using chemicals and cleaning solutions provided by the contractor. The contractor will be required to provide their own cleaning products and equipment. The bidder must provide a list of chemicals and cleaning solutions. The bidder must understand that BHSU is a “green” facility. |
