Gymnasium Bleacher Replacement – Term Contract

Work includes removal and disposal of existing gym bleachers, protection of existing gymnasium floor, the manufacture, delivery, and installation of an electrically operated telescopic seating system of multiple-tiered seating rows (wall attached, typically) comprising of seat, deck components, understructure that permits closing without requiring dismantling, into a nested configuration for storing or for moving purposes in accordance with applicable codes, the following specifications. Installation is anticipated to be during the summer months while school is not in session (June through August). Install Sheridan Seating Motorized Telescopic Bleachers Model M200, or an approved equal, to replace existing bleachers as specified. All bleachers shall have ¾” plywood decking and shall have 10 GA structural tube steel posts at a minimum. Install per the manufacturer’s specifications. The All-inclusive bid per lot shall include all materials, equipment, and labor to properly removed, dispose, and install new bleachers per specifications.
