Utilizing information from the homeowner, exterior inspection and application for assistance in preparing the scope ofwork and the Invitation for Bid (IFB). Preparing a confidential cost estimate to determine ifthe project cost is within the program guidelines. Reviewing contractor payment requests. The review shall include compliance with prevailing wage rates, if applicable. Reviewing change order requests and along with NNRHA determine the disposition of the request.
