Description

Contractor shall replace the existing Trane Model TTA180B300FA, Serial No. 4154N4LAD with a new 15 Ton Dual Circuit outdoor unit and matching indoor coil with TXV. Provide additional materials and workmanship as needed for a turnkey project including, but not limited to duct work. Provide factory start up and ensure unit is operating to full capacity. All equipment, materials are to be new with full manufacturer’s warranty. Contractor shall provide a minimum of 1 year warranty on workmanship.
