All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Affidavit, disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Lansing School District Board of Education or the Superintendent. A bid security bond of 5% is required to be submitted with each bid. A Performance and Payment bond will be required upon award of the contract to the successful bidder.
