Painting Price Agreement

For a fixed price, Price Agreement with vendors to establish a qualified contractor listing for painting services for approximately one hundred twenty-three (123) facilities located throughout the City (1,445,803 square footage maintained). The number of facilities and square footage will increase as new buildings under construction are completed. Services include interior and exterior painting of City buildings. This agreement will contain a fixed pricing structure for the term of the agreement. The City has the right and option to extend the term of the agreement for three (3) additional one (1) year periods upon the same terms and conditions. The City has the right and option to terminate the agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice Questions must be submitted electronically . No questions will be answered over the phone or through email.
