Description

Work includes the construction of a multi-purpose synthetic turf field, various walking paths, a dock, parking area playground pad, a ± 16,400 square foot community center building and associated stormwater facilities, utilities and other work indicated in the contract documents. In ordered to be considered responsive, bidders must submit the prequalification form included in the Bid documents no later than Friday, March 17, 2023. All submissions will be reviewed and notification of either approval or denial by the County sent out on or before Monday, March 27, 2023. Deadline for RFIs: April 7, 2023, 5:00 PM, responses to RFI’s will be issued as an Addendum Bid.
