| Description | Remove 3’x9’ section of concrete steps and sidewalk. Form and pour new 3’x9’ section with 3 steps. Install a handrail up the steps. Note; the steps into the house not to be disturbed. Remove top half of brick chimney. Sleeve for furnace and water heater. Rain cap over flu and bend rain cap to cover brick chimney. Soffit and Fascia needs covered with aluminum. Fascia on south side needs repaired it is separating from the soffit. Most likely will have to pull gutter and have to rehang after repair. Replace weather head on the mast of Electrical service. Added 1 GFI and weather proof box on exterior of the house. |
