| Description | This Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services disposal contract is referred to as the "DLA AFFF East" contract and is for the removal, destruction and disposal of Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) related wastes, including AFFF concentrates, rinsates, contaminated water and solids.
