This bid package is the rebid for Trade Contracts (CCK-2667R-23) shall include: 1. Clarification to Subcontract Work Categories 01C, 06A, 08C, 26B: Please note that the bid date has been changed to January 12, 2023, at 3:00PM. The written question deadline is Wednesday, 1/11/2023 at 3:00p.m. prevailing time in Lexington, KY. Questions received after this time may not receive an answer or acknowledgement. 2. Clarification to Special Conditions: Please see the attached revised special conditions. The Special Conditions were revised to reflect the following: For purposes of the rebid please ignore all references to "add alternates" in the contract documents. No add alternates are being accepted at this time. 3. Clarification to Subcontract WC 01C: Please see the attached revised WC 01C bid form. 4. Clarification to Subcontract WC 06A: Please see the attached revised WC 06A bid form. 5. Clarification to Subcontract WC 08C: Please see the attached revised WC 08C bid form. 6. Clarification to Subcontract WC 26B: Please see the attached revised WC 26B bid form. 7. Clarifications to Drawings: Specific drawings have been revised in order to clarify desired scope changes. See drawings attached along with Narrative of changes. Bidders shall review the drawings and all revisions shall be reflected in final pricing . All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder for Trade Contracts over $250,000. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instruction to Bidders, General Conditions and Special Conditions. Performance and Payment Bonds shall be in favor of The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company as the oblige . The University of Kentucky, Construction Procurement Section, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the University may be served.
