Description

The Contractor agrees to provide, to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), Imperial Wildlife Area (IWA) regularly scheduled semi-annual maintenance and on-call service requests for ten (10) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units and one (1) HVAC Wall unit at the CDFW IWA facility. All labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of HVAC units at the IWA facility will occur in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein.
