Description

** This project has been awarded to Good News Group Inc in the amount of $3,445,266. ** The project includes Tenant Improvements to the existing Seattle City Light offices on the 32nd and 33rd floors of the Seattle Municipal Tower. The work for both floors includes, but is not limited to, an area of approximately 36,780 SF and includes demolition, construction of new partitions, installation of doors and hardware, glazing and frames, built-in casework, acoustic ceiling revisions, finish work, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work, new lighting and controls, and fire alarm and protection systems revisions. Allowance#!: Lighting Control System: Allowance of $130,000 to be used for the provision and installation of a Luminaire Level Lighting Control (LLLC) System. A/E ESTIMATE: Base: $3,878,969; Additive Alternate #1: $33,522.00 For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a FACILITY type of project, with a Past Performance of 25% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects. Bidders must, understand the requirements of SMC 14.16 and RCW 49.46 and demonstrate compliance prior to award. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager Thomas Jones before 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
