Reclaimed Water Pond

It will not be awaraded, no plans for rebid.** The City of Safford (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Reclaimed Water Pond The Project includes the following Work: This project includes finish grading of the reclaimed water pond, installation of a 12" thick clay liner in the sides and bottom of the pond, and the installation of a concrete outfall structure. The project shall include all excavation, fill, subgrade preparation, clay liner installation, concrete installation, and piping necessary to complete the work in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Additional improvements as shown on the Drawings and noted in the Specifications shall be required. The project is expected to be substantially complete in 150 days and ready for final payment in 180 days. Questions shall be received in writing up to five (5) business days before the Bid Opening. The City of Safford reserves the right to accept the lowest, responsible bid; to consider alternatives; to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or information in any bid. Bids received after the specified time of closing will be returned unopened. The City of Safford also reserves the right to hold any or all bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of opening. Bidders will not be allowed to withdraw submitted bids during the sixty (60) day period.
